Which 3D print fill structure has the best strength?

Edit:   Browse:96  Date:2021-11-30
01. Grid
It is composed of a plurality of lamellae, which provide support. The test results are as follows: the maximum compressive strength is 455.2 kg force, the z-axis can bear more than 350 kg force, and the x-axis and y-axis can bear about 200 kg force. The tensile strength is about 50 KGF.
02. Zigzag
The zigzag structure is similar to the grid structure, but each layer prints only one set of slices, and then extends alternately. The test results are as follows: the maximum compressive strength is 435.82 kg force, the z-axis can bear more than 300 kg force, and the x-axis and y-axis can bear nearly 200 kg force. The tensile strength is slightly less than 50 KGF.
03. Triangle
It is also composed of multiple lamellae crossing, but not right angle crossing. The test results are as follows: the maximum compressive strength is 379.94 kg force, the z-axis can bear about 350 kg force, and the x-axis and y-axis can bear about 240 kg force. The tensile strength is 13 KGF.
